UNITED STATES SHIPPING
1. We ship our package with USPS first Class , On average USPS first class takes 2-5 days for dilivery.
2. For items which include free standard shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery attempt to you. Please make sure to double check the shipping address to ensure the delivery. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, shipping fee must be paid in full by you before resend the items to you.

Warranty and Return
Please Message or Email us first if you would like return any product. Prior return authorization is required for warranty or returns.
For faulty items:
A. If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 15 days.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item, there are two options for the buyer:
• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.
B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to resend your item back.
